I apologise for the fact that your item arrived damaged. I have tried to call and have sent an email regarding replacements as I can see we delivered some on 23/8 and want to clarify if any further parts are required. I am sorry also for the missing instructions, had we been aware, we would have happily emailed a copy straight through for you.
