Very sorry to hear that! Sadly we are in the hands of our courier and unfortunately items do from time to time get damaged in transit, this is a risk we have to take with mail order. However, as soon as we receive the goods back from the courier we will issue the replacement straight away. i can also inform you that the manufacturers have improved the packaging and it has been tested without a single damaged unit.
