Hi Sir, you are correct. But it wasn't through malice or general apathy for our customers. A technical issue we identified with our helpdesk software was stopping email enquiries from our website customers coming through. When we realised only eBay and Amazon order enquiries were coming through, we contacted the software company and they helped us resolve it. This is not usual service from them or us.
