Thank you for your comment regarding delivery times to South Korea. I'm sorry to learn of your disappointment.

Having investigated, I can advise that your order, placed on Friday 25th November, was despatched, Royal Mail International Signed For, on the same day. Royal Mail advise expected delivery times of 5 -7 business days (excluding weekends). Unfortunately your delivery schedule has included 2 x weekends. I have checked the tracking on your item and you will likely see your item over the next 2-3 days.
