At Budget Direct Insurance, we ask questions around the profile of the car, how the car is being used and who uses the car to ensure customers get the best price that is customised to their needs. Most insurers do require customers to update them if things change (materially) during the term of the policy. Please rest assured that we review each and every claim to the merits of its case and the underwriting requirement of naming household members is not a “gimmick” to find ways to decline a claim.
