To clarify, a ‘No Win No Fee’ arrangement means you wouldn’t pay legal fees if your case was unsuccessful. If the case is successful, a success fee—clearly outlined in the documentation—is deducted from any damages awarded. This is standard practice and was explained in detail in the correspondence sent to you. We regret that we didn’t hear back and therefore assumed you no longer wished to proceed.
