Prior to booking on line I queried availability with Customer Services who were very helpful. It was easy to book on line.

Shocking experience.. holiday was booked fine, then was cancelled without telling us ... despite us sending repeated emails ,asking why, we keep getting told no one can help apart from original...

Mattress not good , needs replacing. Food in restaurant below average.
