Nice location, close to Blackpool but not too close, one of Haven's better sites

staff really helpful, the whole area was cared for and clean, well done,,,

Nice place and facilities with lots in the area. Good break. Staff a bit surly at times. Beer in main area badly kept but staff resolved this. Overall a really goos holiday.

good location, accomodation is looking a bit tired now, needs updating.

Accommodation not suitable for early late season , had to leave early due to very cold caravan , only 1 small fire in lounge area , no heating anywhere other than that .

Situated in the heart of West Bay we found the Site/Staff and the Accommodation to be very good.I would rate the whole package as 4 Star. West Bay would be on our list for a return visit. Many thanks...
