Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide accommodation which is - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that you feel your holiday was wrongly marketed – we make every effort to be as clear as possible regarding extra charges, both in newspaper pullouts and on our website. We also list any additional charges on the confirmation email you receive following booking online. When you search online, you can find a link to a list of parks offering free service charges on certain dates, so we would recommend that you check this out next time.
