Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with the standard of the facilities and accommodation at this park. Our aim is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide facilities and accommodation which meet the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that this wasn't the case. However, we are glad to hear that Park Resorts responded to your written complaint so positively. BreakFree Holidays

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have had a problem with electricity charges. We do try to make it very clear, both on our website and in newspaper pullouts, that there will be a 'per unit per night'charge for services. This charge is invoiced directly by the park after booking and is not collected by BreakFree Holidays. If you feel that you have been charged twice, please could you send us further details at: tell-us-more@breakfreeholidays.co.uk so that we can investigate. BreakFree Holidays
