Delivery was slow, but this was due to the courier rather than BPS. Wrong postcode recorded, and courier could not deliver and rather than contacting on number provided they just simply returned...

Super fast easy service. Delivery fast, would recommend
I was surprised to receive our delivery so efficiently 26hrs from order to delivery and having erected it as per instructions all is as they said and i have already recommended them to others.
Had a problem with the shipping company but rang a young lady at BPS and she sorted it and the ladders were delivered next day at no extra cost to myself-Many thanks
