Dear Mr Keane
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are very pleased to hear that your experience with Bower was excellent and trouble free, especially after a previous encounter elsewhere that was less positive. It is wonderful to know that Mike Rasberry provided such consistent advice and support from start to finish, and that his clear explanations helped you feel fully informed and never under any pressure.
We are delighted that the process felt smooth, respectful and handled with genuine care throughout. Your kind words about Mike and the team mean a great deal to us, and your recommendation is sincerely appreciated.
Kind regards
