Games take longer to reach me
The service they provide is exactly what I paid for when I first signed up. My only issue is that games seem to be taking longer to reach me recently. I thought it was initially due to the virus but...

Hi,
Thanks for your review of our service.
I'm happy to hear you have been a long standing customer so thank you for sticking with us!
The block rental package you have chosen is a great way to save even more money on gaming and you can save up to 25% using this part of the service!
Bonus games are dispatched as additional rentals to your package and wont have an effect on the wait times or payback points being awarded. However, once you have had the game on rent for 2 weeks it will move over to a standard rental slot. You can still hold on to the game but you would need to return it to free up a slot and start earning points again.
I hope that makes sense but if you have any questions or need anything else please do not hesitate to ask.
Thanks, Boomerang
