Fantastic customer service
Personalised service at the Sydney clinic was excellent. Assistance when I lost one hearing aid was amazingly quick and helpful.

responsive customer service by knowledgeable staff
Charmaine handled phone calls well Michael helped talk through many questions, and replaced a faulty Incus promptly
