Answer question promptly and followed it up by ensuring product was quickly dispatched to me as soon as it was available. Polite communication which kept me informed throughout my experience.

Delivered on time and kept up to date.
I was kept up to date on the package's whereabouts and it was delivered when expected. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the price of the delivery.
