We're glad you found the online buying process simple and easy.
Depending on the email service provider and their criteria on what is flagged as spam and what is not, sometimes the emails containing your certificate of insurance and policy wording are sent into the spam folder. We've tried to minimise this as much as we can but as the email contains attachments, some email service providers will just send it straight into spam.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We're pleased this issue was resolved quickly and effectively.
