Big Cat Travel Insurance 点评

So far, I have been happy with the service, the agent was responsive and clear, and it was easy to set up, which was a relief as other companies I had used made the setting up process a lot longer...

Quick response on phone service. Give the option to start insurance when already overseas.

Good customer service over phone. Easy an quick

very helpful in the set up process

Very responsive to emails. Helpfull precise inforamtion

Online process very simple.Only problem was that when I asked for more info on some of the question I was taken out of the online application which meant I had to start again.

Very easy to use, a good price and a helpful chat service

Great service when needed. Thanks Would be additionally helpful if you took American Express

The service was excellent, I selected the wrong area for travel in error and the live chat guy Giles rectified this for me immediately so I could then correct my mistake. Excellent service.

Great experience
