Thank you for the feedback,  i have checked the system, and see we have your details on file, and usually when we are completing an insurance job, the insurance broker or Representative usually books the job and makes the payment.   Unfortunately everything was in your name, and my sales team were not aware of the insurance company who had only paid a deposit rather then full payment. 

regarding the re-delivery, each vehicle is equipped with floor covering, so i will look into this and speak to the crew you had for the re-delivery

Thank you for the feedback, i totally appreciate your disappointment for the extra charge to come back and move some of the goods on smaller vehicles for access reasons, and unfortunately with delivery addresses we have to take the clients word / google images on booking the jobs and the extra charges covered the costs of the staffs wages / vehicle and fuel on a separate day  

Hopefully we can still quote for your move in the future, but using Luton Vans or a small 7.5 tonne lorries, but totally understand if you decide not to contact us so i will wish you all the best in the future, and thank you for choosing Better Removals
