We are working with our owners to ensure that they have the correct facilities to allow guests to deal with their rubbish so will feed this back to the owners.

No complaints....very simple online booking and confirmation instructions. Our friends have also used Best of Suffolk before and found the accommodation of a high standard.
Excellent cottage but a little lacking in checking details. eg bathroom basin with bnroken tap (but quickly rectified on notification.) Washing machine inaccessible due to clutter of empty boxes etc.
