Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at 52 Lee Road and I am sorry that you did not feel the property was up to our usual high standards. As a matter of course we pass all feedback received to our owners and this has happened in this case. If you have a problem with cleanliness or maintenance during the stay it is important for you to let us know immediately so we can do everything we can to rectify the issue. To make this as easy as possible all of our properties have phone numbers for the housekeepers or owners and on emergency on-call number for ourselves. Unfortunately we cannot rectify any issues after you have departed the property. That being said we have passed your comments back to the housekeepers and owners for them to make any improvements that they deem necessary.
