Delivery took too long

I understood I was ordering from a company in Ireland. Therefore, I was shocked that it took a whole week for the order to arrive.

Hi Eileen, we are indeed an Irish company and our warehouse is based in Portlaoise. I have checked your order and it was placed on Tuesday evening at 7.08pm and we had closed for the day. The order was processed on Wednesday morning, collected by DPD that afternoon and delivered on Friday. Where possible, we endeavor to deliver next day but this is for orders placed before noon and it's also dependant on the customer's location and the courier companies schedule, both of which are out of our control.
