Thanks for your feedback and we are equally disappointed that the goods have not yet arrived but trust you understand this is not our fault at this time.
We do appreciate the delays can be frustrating but there is a global pandemic taking place right now that does delay deliveries particularly in other countries. The goods have been dispatched and they will arrive but clearly not as fast as you on indeed we would have liked.
