I am, however upset that you weren't happy with our delivery timeframe. I can see that your order was delivered to you on the 4th working day, with the 1-day processing as advised on our shipping policy, below. https://www.backtotheoffice.co.uk/pages/shipping-policy You ordered on Monday and delivered on Friday morning on our 3-5 working day service. (This timeframe is given to you before you place your order, and on your order confirmation) We do have an express service if you would have liked this quicker, which would have got this to you by Wednesday. Could I ask why you thought it was slow? - We do try and clear this up before purchase with our 3-5 working day delivery timeframe given to you at the checkout stage to set expectations.
