very good
I have being a customer of AXA for nearly 20 years and I find their Car insurance service great. I do not like that when you make a telephone call to you local branch you can be transferred anywhere...

Poor...
Insurance gone up from 600 to over 1000 this year. Govt investigations announced yesterday morning not a second too soon.

Thank you for your comment Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards.

I called into office on Mary Street, Dublin 1. A very reasaonable guy delt with me. I was happy with how I was dealt with and reasonably happy with the insurance renewal quote.

Happy with professional service, not happy my premium is gone up for no reason.
The lady I was dealing with in the Athy branch was lovely and very helpful. However, my premium is gone up by 20% and I have the maximum no claims discount. I couldn't understand it and still can't....
