Hi Robert. First of all thanks very much for your feedback. I have tried to call you but could not leave a message. I have taken a look at your policy and I can see that your certificate was issued on 31st October to the address we have on file. I am sorry you have not received this. I can also see that you are registered on MY AXA which is our self service site where you can print your documents if it is more convenient for you in the future. I have also sent a duplicate copy in the post.
