The only correction I must make is that we have a Boutique Store in Kleinburg, Ontario. When it comes to performance of portable wireless speaker such as the FoxL, it is certainly objective and that is why our customers are welcome to visit our Boutique store to audition them against other speakers such as the Bose you mentioned. I did offer you to contact me to discuss the issue your having with the sound quality that could be the result of different possibilities such as the sound source your using such as an MP3 file vs say a less compressed file such as a Wave or Flac file, hard to say without a conversation with you. I am sorry you feel that way with the product, but understand we are a reseller on behalf of the manufactures and deal with many products where our support is limited to manufacture defects. We do however allow exchanges if the product was not opened (excluding special orders) and/or warranty repairs when defective.
