Good afternoon. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service we provided on this occasion. We have spoken to the consultant who was working with you, and unfortunately they were informed by the client that they required security clearance candidates just before the interviews were to take place. In the future, to avoid any confusion, we will ensure we have a full brief from the client on their exact requirements and will keep checking these frequently in case of any changes. We do hope we have the chance to work with you again in the future.
