Thank you for your kind words and honest feedback, Donna! We're thrilled to hear that the on-tour service was excellent — that truly means the world to us. You raise a very fair point about phone accessibility, and it's something we're actively working to improve. We want every guest to feel fully supported from the first question to the final farewell. We hope your Group Guru Maria and the team gave you a wonderful Grand Tour of Ireland — we'd love to welcome you back for your next adventure!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Betsy! We're glad to hear that you and Jim found our office team efficient and friendly throughout the booking process — that's exactly the standard we aim for. You make a very valid point about flight routing, and while airline delays are unfortunately outside our control, we take all feedback seriously as we continually work to enhance every part of the travel experience. We hope your Group Guru Tina and the team made your time exploring the vibrant colours and culture of Morocco truly memorable. We'd love to welcome you both back for another adventure with Approach Tours!
