Hi Don! Thank you for this wonderful review of South Africa & Victoria Falls. We're so glad Sandy was a great Group Guru and that Gladys stood out among a team of excellent, knowledgeable guides; we'll be sure to pass your kind words along. From cool days around Cape Town to up-close sightings in the parks and the spectacle of Victoria Falls, it sounds like the tour delivered from start to finish. Thank you for travelling with us again, and we can't wait to see you in Prague, Krakow, Budapest & Vienna next spring! The Approach Tours team

Hi Lisa! Thank you for this great review of Enchanting Portugal. We're so glad the hotels, food and coach all hit the mark, and that the meals gave you a true taste of Portugal. Thank you for the helpful tips for future travellers too: Portugal's hills and cobblestones make comfortable shoes a must, and the days can be warm! We love that pickup from home, all your meals and the included emergency medical insurance took the stress out of travelling (and we're glad you didn't need the insurance). We'd love to welcome you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Mary! Thank you for this wonderful review of South Africa & Victoria Falls. We're thrilled the trip exceeded all your expectations, and that your Group Guru was such an excellent resource over three weeks. Culture, nature and a real sense of daily life is exactly what we hope this tour brings, and we're so glad it felt like the trip of a lifetime. Thank you for travelling with us again after the Grand Tour of Ireland, and for sharing your photos! We hope to see you on another Approach adventure soon. The Approach Tours team

We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you so much for this wonderful review (and your photo!). We're thrilled South Africa & Victoria Falls was the best trip you've ever been on, from that first call with your Group Guru to the limousine ride home. Rich's passion for his country really is contagious, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words along to him. Thank you for recommending us to everyone you meet — we hope to see you on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Hi Joar! Thank you for coming back to add a service review. We're so glad you found us easy to deal with, from booking all the way through the Grand Tour of Ireland, and we'll pass your kind words along to our Sales & Traveller Champions, who work hard to make every step simple. Your earlier note about that superb coach driver still makes us smile. Even better, we can't wait to welcome you on South Africa & Victoria Falls next spring, where the safari drives and the thunder of Victoria Falls are waiting for you! The Approach Tours team

Hi Joan! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for this wonderful review. 'The most exciting, fascinating, fast-paced trip of your life' is quite the compliment! We're so glad Tara and Abdul took such good care of you, and that Morocco's history, food and music pulled you right in. Thank you for the honest heads-up about the pace, too. We'll pass your kind words along to them both — and we can't wait to see you in Croatia next spring! The Approach Tours team

Hi Beverley! Thank you so much for sharing your Grand Tour of Ireland experience. We're thrilled you had such a wonderful group to travel with, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Katherine and to Susan for keeping everyone on track. Thank you for the Blarney Castle suggestion too — we've traditionally not included it in our tour because past travellers have said it is a little out of the way compared to the value it adds, but we'll keep your feedback in mind. We can't wait to welcome you back on Epic New Zealand next March! The Approach Tours team

Hi Colleen! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Grand Tour of Ireland. We're so glad you and Stephen enjoyed your time with Susan and your national guide, and that the coach drivers made those winding Irish roads look easy. Thank you as well for your honest feedback on the hotels and portion sizes (we'll admit, nobody goes hungry on an Approach tour!). We've passed both along to our team as we review future departures. We hope to see you both on another adventure soon! The Approach Tours team

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! It sounds like Sonia, Gabby and Leslie made an unbeatable team, from bringing Irish history to life to navigating those narrow roads in the Buggy Bus. We love hearing that the weather held for the Giant's Causeway and the Cliffs of Moher, and that your group shared so many laughs from coast to coast. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to the team. Here's to your next Approach adventure — we can't wait to have you back! The Approach Tours team

Hi Allen! We're a little late getting back to you here, but thank you for sharing your thoughts on Treasures of Croatia & the Balkans. We're so glad you and Marie loved the scenery, and that Aimee and your guides took such good care of you. As returning travellers, your feedback on free time and meals means a lot, and we've passed it along to our team as we fine-tune future departures. Thank you for choosing Approach again — we can't wait to see where you'll go next! The Approach Tours team
