Over priced and disappointing

Very poor. The blinds were delayed then incorrectly measured and further delayed. When installed, all of the chains were different lengths (most too short) and very noisy & cheap. These blinds are...

We do apologise that there was a discrepancy with the size of one of the blinds, this was replaced along with the chain on another blind a few weeks after the initial installation date. As with all our installations, we adhere to the Child Safety Requirements regarding chains which was discussed at the point of survey. I am sorry that you are disappointed with the blinds but trust you will be able to enjoy the benefits they provide over the coming years. Could you explain a little further please. One night we had a small window slightly open and the shutters closed and the condensation was far worse. There appears to be less moisture if the window is shut but it was only once I had the window open.

We're glad to hear that the shutters are effective at controlling the temperature within your home. With regards to condensation, one potential solution is to increase ventilation by opening the windows.
