Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We're glad to hear you're happy with your new retractable Insect Screen! We were disappointed to read your comment about the removal of your old blind from your property - because we are a trading business, Appeal would be charged commercial rates for the disposal of a customer's existing blinds. This would inevitably mean higher prices for our customers. Rather than pass this unnecessary cost onto customers, we ask that customers dispose of any existing shading in a responsible way.
