Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I am really sorry that your experience has not been a good one. I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service. On this occasion we fell extremely short of our normally high standards for which I would like to offer my sincere apologies. I will ensure that your positive comments regarding the installer are passed on to his line manager. I trust that the outcome was to your satisfaction and that you will have many years of enjoyment from your blinds. Kind Regards Tina Rawlings Appeal Home Shading 0800 975 5757 info@appealshading.com
