We work very closely with the delivery company and together we aim to offer our customers a high level of service. I am sorry that on this occasion the notice period provided was inadequate and I would like to assure you this matter has been addressed appropriately. All correspondence received is addressed promptly and as requested the paint was duly despatched out to you. I am sorry to learn that this has not arrived and therefore I have ordered a replacement to be sent. I trust you will have many years of enjoyment from your shutters.
