Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with performance of the blinds. The blinds require adequate operational spaces and therefore we are unable to guarantee that the blinds will offer a complete barrier from unwelcome onlookers. These spaces are kept to a minimum to ensure adequate shading and enable the blinds to function smoothly.
