We're disappointed to hear that the visibility of the side channels did not meet your expectations. Our design consultant aimed to provide a thorough demonstration with his working model of the blind within a frame, but we understand that the aesthetic difference compared to your previous Pleated blinds from 10 years ago may not have been fully anticipated. The SmoothGlide system is designed for functionality and control, the side channels reduce light ingress and allow for smooth operation from both the top and bottom of the window. Another benefit is that they require no drilling into the beading of your window or door frames. However, we do recognise that design preferences can vary greatly. Your feedback is essential as we continue to improve our service.
