As the damage was reported to be limited to the fabric, we offered to explore the option of replacing the fabric only, which would provide a more cost-effective solution for you while also avoiding the unnecessary replacement of the other components of the blind. As this was not an option you wished to pursue, we then provided you with a quotation for a complete replacement blind. When you originally placed your order, it was for a larger number of blinds, which enabled us to offer a price based upon the overall order. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the price of the replacement blind.
