Great offer but disappointed no in flight entertainment

Had a great holiday used them before and already booked las lavagas for xmas this year can't wait

Prompt friendly service provider, Karolina, who listened to my requirements and was able to provide me with the holiday package I required.

The lady dealing with me was extremely patient and responsive, All my requests were rapidly allowed for and adjustments immediately made. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
