Hotel booking is easy, the restaurants not so much
Hotel/ticket booking was easy. However, it is apparently not possible to make the mandatory restaurant bookings for the dates I'm going at this time.

I enjoyed the stay and I felt that they had obviously worked on getting the right people in the right roles and customer service. Only one person disappointed but I suspect it wasn't intentional.

This was bought for my daughter’s Christmas gift. An email confirmation( in my name) was all I received as no card / voucher was available to be sent out. All seems only to be looked at...
