Not a smooth experience if Carer required
Neither the booking system online or owed the telephone has the option to book the hotel stay with tickets for an adult + carer. This has meant, to secure the space in the park due to current...

I thought the booking system was really good, but it took 3 attempts to pay, and each time it failed the screen said there was a technical problem with the site. Thank fully 3rd time lucky

Rebooking using Voucher
Rebooking using voucher was fairly straightforward once my dates were available, however it took some determination and persistence to get the dates I wanted.
Shame I can't access and book tickets...
