Found price had dropped by £50 overnight. Wanted to check if Best Price Promise was applicable but unable to get in contact via the phone and number on website was no longer in use.

Very easy
Very easy to book, but would have liked to have booked full English breakfast. And a cheaper or free cancellation policy would have been appreciated.

Extremely disappointed with the time given for rebooking
Time given to make rebooking is a disgrace. Three days notice to plan a trip in these circumstance or loose your voucher to rebook so basically loose all your money. No answer to calls. Tried 4 times...
