Very easy to navigate and all details are given. I.e booking the hotel and then being able to add on park tickets within the same purchase.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient!
Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and never pressurise you into any bookings. They were very patient whilst I had to find any relevant information including the merlin pass numbers.

Excellent customer service
I have tried to book online but there was some issues with a booking.Called customer service and they helped me to book over the phone.The adviser was super and very friendly and helpful.

Super Simple
Incredibly simple to book, everything was easily understandable with enough detail without overloading information, it’s so simple this is the 2nd break we’ve booked in a matter of weeks!
