booking was very easy and straightforward, add ons easy to do, breakfast and dinner reminded to do and was easy to book also, always recommend as stay at alton towers a lot

lack of information
Lack of information when on the website to booking, when phoning up to clarify information, the answering service asked to only phone if you have a booking in the next 7 days when is not helpful

Simple
Booking was smooth, we booked for a same night stay and this was easy. Everything set up when we arrived and no concerns. Wasn’t able to book breaking online but a quick call sorted this out
