Good but could do better.
Booking was fine but not easy for our group of 4 plus 9 as we wanted 3 rooms whereas the booking process only wanted to allocate 2 and you couldn't change easily. so i had to confuse the booking with...

Over priced but lovely hotel and staff
Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Hand sanitizer everywhere and good cleaning. However I did think it was over priced and the Waterpark should be included
