the person i dealt with over the phone was great. i wanted to change the room that we had booked and it was not a problem to change

Superb telephone manner
I was unable to book online as there was a problem with the system and I was advised to call, I spoke to a chap called Daniel and he couldn’t have been more helpful.

I thought the theme park tickets were included in the price of the hotel stay, not very clear and when calling, there was a message saying due to a high volume of calls, my call couldn't be answered....
