Thank you for the feedback Simon. We were sorry about these issues, the local agent fixed them as quickly as they could but I appreciate the disruption must have been frustrating. We had hoped you would take up the discounted booking we offered this summer, I recall the villa you liked wasn't available for the dates you wanted but the offer still stands for 2015.
