I am sorry to hear that you were unable to go on holiday. Unfortunately, as stated in our terms and conditions, we can only make amendments to bookings up to and including 14 days prior to booking. As an agent we are bond by these terms by our suppliers. A member of our team provided you with the number so the details could be amended directly, due to the very short time period.
