It was amazing, so well delivered and thoroughly enjoyable. The class was delivered in a very personal way , so what we learnt was fun and memorable.

Comprehensive run through of chair based exercises. The practical learning sessions were very useful.

It was informative, I was shown and participated with the exercises. Learned exactly how to deliver and amend exercises. I thought the afternoon session got repetitive with far too much talking....
