I am sorry that you feel the service was not up to standard, however I do feel that your review is unjust as the tenancy ran very smoothly during the time you resided at the property. Ihave reviewed the paperwork issued andam happy this was correct, the fee for an exit inventory is a standard charge across agencies in the UK. Thanks for your review, while I understand your frustration in regards to having to leave the property, unfortunately Landlords personal circumstances and choices are beyond our control. I can however inform you that the property was notrented and is no longer available to rent.In regards to the check in and check out process, unfortunately our processes recently changed to comply with what the TDS require in terms of information and this is why there is a difference between how the inventory and checkout was written.
