Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have not been happy with our service. I have looked through the record and agree that we could have been quicker, but there was a delay when we tried to contact you and could not, a situation you acknowledged in your e-mail. In the end you have remained with Ecclesiastical albeit in a different trading division. The whole issue came about because they were re-classifying their exposure to flood on the scheme on which you had been insured. I can assure you that you remain insured with Ecclesiastical - they understand what you do and have a great reputation for being very fair with claims.
