Thank you for your response.  We never like to receive negative feedback and all our staff go out of their way to provide a great service.

I have taken a quick look at the file and see that you originally e-mailed in on 15/11/2015 looking for cover for an event in the following March. I can't find another e-mail and only your call on 23/11/2015.  I can only think that we didn't get back to you straight away as cover was not required immediately. When you did call in a week later it looks like my colleague did everything in a very timely manner responding very quickly to your various requests for alternative options and extensions of dates,  I hope that, whilst we may not have responded very quickly at first, we have subsequently shown that we do care and that we are professional and responsive (having listened to the call on 23/11/2015 it certainly sounded like it.).

We all try and provide a service which is the best possible and I'm sorry for the way we made you feel.  Hopefully, as I said, this was only initially but please feel free to contact me personally if I have got this wrong.
