Thank you for your response. We never like to receive average feedback because we feel our staff go out of their way to provide a great service!

Having reviewed your file I see that we approached several insurers on your behalf to obtain quotations. The market was somewhat limited because of your request for a higher limit of Public Liability which not every insurer offers. Having said this, we provided you with the most competitive quotation we found and you were happy to accept this.

From our notes it looks like we saved you over 5% compared with your previous policy. We hope you would agree that we provided you with a good service, keeping you informed along the way and gave you a full quotation just 2 days after you requested a quote.
